Accepting your Offer

Congratulations on receiving an offer in the course of your choice at La Trobe Melbourne.

To accept your offer and to find out about commencing classes, complete the following steps:

STEP 1: Accepting your Letter of Offer

When we receive your application form we will send you an Offer and Acceptance Letter. You must sign and return this form along with payment. You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), bank draft (made payable to La Trobe Melbourne), or by electronic transfer to:

For students also enrolling in a La Trobe University degree course (‘package offer’) please include the La Trobe University offer of Acceptance along with the application to La Trobe Melbourne.

STEP 2: Apply for a VISA

On receipt of payment an (electronic) Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be sent. You will need these to complete an application for a student visa (ask the Australian Embassy or Consulate, or your agent, what kind of visa you should apply for (student visa, visitor visa, or working holiday visa). In some countries you need a preliminary visa assessment (PVA) for a student visa. Check whether you need a PVA. If you need it, send the course fees together with your PVA.
