This diploma offers an introduction to university studies in mass media and communications. You will explore how we communicate in film, television, radio, publishing and digital media, and media arts.

You will also be introduced to the historical, political, and cultural aspects of media to understand developments and debates in the media and communication industries.

By successfully completing the diploma you will be eligible for direct entry to second year of a La Trobe University media studies or journalism degree.
