Streamlined Visa Processing

Available on this page are the forms for students that are recruited by your agency and may be eligible for Streamlined Visa Processing (SVP).

New applications from your agency will not be processed without the required documents being submitted with the student's application.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

• The Applicant Eligibility Checklist needs to be completed and submitted at the time of application and must accompany all student applications from your agency. Incorrect or incomplete checklists will not be processed and may lead to delay in processing your applications.
• The Financial Declaration Form is required only at the time of acceptance for Assessment Levels 3 and 4 (Visa Subclass 573 and 574) countries only. This form is not currently required for Assessment Level 1 and 2 countries. However, La Trobe Melbourne may request this form from any student where it is deemed necessary to see evidence of funds.
• Please use only the online version of these forms from this page as they will be updated frequently. Out-of-date forms or older versions will not be accepted.
• We request your cooperation in the implementation of these procedures to ensure the recruitment of genuine students to La Trobe Melbourne.
